What the cloud stores

Warrivo stores account data, client/request metadata, upload status, encrypted filename envelopes, encrypted file keys, and temporary encrypted R2 blobs. It does not store OCR text, extracted vendor/date/amount fields, or plaintext filenames by default.

Local processing

OCR, document classification, duplicate detection, missing document checks, and folder planning run in the desktop app on your Mac. Extracted fields and OCR text stay in local SQLite unless you explicitly choose to share support data.

Retention

After the desktop app downloads, decrypts, verifies, and saves a local staging copy, Warrivo schedules encrypted cloud blob deletion for no later than 5 days after ACK. Abandoned unsynced encrypted blobs expire under a separate default 30-day TTL.

Processors

Warrivo uses Clerk for authentication, Polar for billing, Cloudflare for application hosting, D1 metadata, and R2 encrypted temporary storage, and Sentry for crash/error reporting with sensitive data redaction.

Support bundles

Support bundles exclude document contents, OCR text, local paths, and plaintext filenames by default. You can opt in to share more detail when needed.
